PARIS – ADOPTING A SENIOR FOR THE FIRST TIME

Last year we were lucky enough to adopt Paris (then Pal).  Deb Ciancarelli brought Paris to us on December 6, 2014, which was Paris’s 9th birthday.  None of us ever looked back.  Our then-6 year old male, Jeter, has been in love since the first week.  Paris fit right in immediately.  She is a total character with some very funny habits.  When she arrived, she was a bit over weight and her joints were very stiff.  We worked on giving her a healthy diet with proper proportions and her weight loss and a joint supplement has made a big difference.

All of us want to thank everyone in ARADV that made all of this possible (especially Joey, rest in peace) and to any of you that are hesitating to adopt an older dog, just do it!!
