Billy came from a backyard in Louisiana, neglected after his dad passed away. He is blind from cataracts and had multiple growths which have been removed and were benign. He has significant hair loss which will most likely not grow back, probably due to flea dermatitis. Billy is now up to date on shots, on flea and tick preventative and tested for heartworm. He has healed from his surgical sites and we have determined that his vision will not be restored if the cataracts are removed. He is quite proficient at getting around as he is.
He is a true gentleman and a lovely guy. We estimate him to be 10-12 years old. He deserves to live the rest of his life in comfort, indoors.
